  • 1 Blender
  • 1 Ice Cube Tray

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Berry Naturlax
  • 6 oz Water
  • 1 cup Strawberry
  • 1 cup Blueberrry
  • 1-2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup Non-dairy Milk

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, add in and blend all the ingredients except the non-dairy milk. Once combined, pour the mixture into their molds. Let them sit in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours or overnight.

  • Once done, add your milk and 2-4 smoothie cubes and blend until smooth.
