Frozen Smoothie Cubes

Frozen smoothie cubes are the best way to make smoothie-making even faster! Make the perfect smoothie in seconds. Simply pop your frozen smoothie cubes into the blender with your choice of milk and blend until smooth. 
With Berry Naturlax, you can enjoy a fiber-packed smoothie.

Equipment

  • 1 Blender
  • 1 Ice Cube Tray

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Berry Naturlax
  • 6 oz Water
  • 1 cup Strawberry
  • 1 cup Blueberrry
  • 1-2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup Non-dairy Milk

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, add in and blend all the ingredients except the non-dairy milk. Once combined, pour the mixture into their molds. Let them sit in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours or overnight.

  • Once done, add your milk and 2-4 smoothie cubes and blend until smooth.
