This is a decadent and high-fiber smoothie to kick off your mornings in a nutritious but sugar-free way. Since this recipe has protein and fiber, you are bound to be prepared for the day ahead of you.

  • 1 Chai Flavored Fiber Powder Packet
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/2 Frozen Avocado
  • 2 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 2 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 cups Ice
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon


  • In a blender, add in all your ingredients. Blend on medium until the smoothie has reached the desired consistency.
  • Top with sugar-free chocolate chunk and additional cinnamon. Enjoy!
