Peaches and Cream Fiber Shake
Equipment
- Blender
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Sugar-Free Non Dairy Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 cup Frozen Peaches
- 1 Peach Flavored Fiber Packet
Instructions
- Place the ice cream, almond milk, frozen peaches, and fiber powder into the blender.
- On a medium speed, blend the ingredients until desired consistency is reached.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
