All you need is 1-large mixing bowl! Start by mashing the bananas into a mushy even paste.
Now, add in the wet ingredients: honey, pre-mixed naturlax, and vanilla. Whisk until combined.
Next, add in the dry ingredients: oats, cinnamon, salt, and chocolate chips. Stir to combine.
Use an ice cream scoop to portion out the mixture and roll them into balls. Place the cookie dough onto the baking sheet at least 2'' apart.
