Today, we're highlighting a delicious recipe for Banana Breakfast Cookies that is packed with a flavor and nutrition. These protein & prebiotic packed breakfast cookies will melt in your mouth!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups

    Ripe Bananas


  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp

    Naturlax Egg Replacer 


  • 4 oz water
  • 1 tsp @natures_flavor Vanilla Extract
  • 1 1/2 cups

    Oats


  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • All you need is 1-large mixing bowl! Start by mashing the bananas into a mushy even paste.
  • Now, add in the wet ingredients: honey, pre-mixed naturlax, and vanilla. Whisk until combined.
  • 
Next, add in the dry ingredients: oats, cinnamon, salt, and chocolate chips. Stir to combine. 

  • Use an ice cream scoop to portion out the mixture and roll them into balls. Place the cookie dough onto the baking sheet at least 2'' apart. 

  • Place the cookies into the oven and let them bake for 12-14 minutes. Allow the cookies to cool for at least 5 minutes before eating. Or store these cookies in a cool dry place for 5 days.
