  • Using two wine glasses, add in berries, mint, and lemon juice. Muddle these ingredients together until everything is well incorporated. 

  • In a separate glass, mix together the Berry Naturlax packet and 4 ounces of water. Once combined, pour the fiber mixture into the wine glasses along with ice. Top the glasses off with sparkling water and garnish with a lemon wheel.
